Freelance Job: 2D/3D Bungalow Floor Plan & Layout Designer I'm looking for a skilled architect, architectural designer, or 3D designer to create a professional 2D floor plan and/or 3D layout for a bungalow. Project Scope: Design a bungalow layout based on my requirements. Create a clear 2D floor plan with room dimensions. Produce a realistic 3D floor plan or model (preferred, but not required if you specialize in 2D only). Suggest improvements for functionality, space planning, and flow if appropriate. Requirements: Experience designing residential homes or bungalows. Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or similar. Portfolio of previous residential design work. Ability to communicate and revise the design based on feedback. What I'll Provide: My ideas, requirements, and preferred layout. Room list and approximate sizes. Any sketches, inspiration images, or reference plans. Deliverables: 2D floor plan (PDF and editable source file). 3D floor plan or model with rendered views (if included). Final files in the agreed format. Please Include in Your Proposal: Examples of similar bungalow or residential projects. Your estimated timeline. Your price or hourly rate. The software you use.
