I'm looking for an experienced 3D landscape artist to convert a detailed landscape CAD drawing into a clean, well-organized, and accurate 3ds Max model. Scope of Work Convert the provided AutoCAD landscape drawings into a fully editable 3ds Max file. Accurately model the terrain based on the supplied grading/level information. Model all landscape elements, including: Pathways and roads Steps and ramps Retaining walls Seating areas Water features (if included) Landscape edges, curbs, and hardscape Planters and other site elements shown in the drawings Maintain correct elevations throughout the model. Organize the scene using proper layers, object naming, and clean topology. Deliver a production-ready model suitable for rendering and visualization. Deliverables Editable 3ds Max (.max) file Clean geometry with correct elevations Organized layers and object names All major landscape elements accurately modeled according to the CAD drawings What I'll Provide AutoCAD drawings Level. Requirements Strong experience with landscape/site modeling Excellent understanding of grading and contour interpretation Attention to detail and accurate modeling Ability to provide progress updates during the project When applying, please share examples of similar landscape, site development, terrain, or grading projects completed in 3ds Max.
