About the project

I am a health insurance broker In Costa Rica , working with several insurance companies. Each company provides its own spreadsheet with premiums, age bands, and coverage options. I would like to consolidate all of these into a single quoting system (“HQ”). The goal is to input basic client information—such as name, ages, and email address—and automatically generate a quote with multiple coverage options. To achieve this, the existing insurer spreadsheets would need to be standardized and merged into a unified structure. From there, formulas and logic should be built to calculate premiums and generate quotes, which can then be exported into a clean coverage/quote format for clients. It is important that I retain ownership and control of the HQ system so that I—and members of my team—can make updates and adjustments as needed in the future (e.g., pricing changes, new plans, or rule updates). This project would likely require a software or data engineer with experience in data modeling, automation, and possibly building lightweight internal tools or web-based quoting systems.
