Architect Needed for Boutique Beach Resort / Guest House Design (Existing Approved Building Plan)

About the project

I already have an approved architectural building plan for a Stilt + Ground + First + Second building. The building footprint and overall dimensions are fixed. I am looking for an experienced architect to transform this into a premium boutique guest house / beach resort design. Important: I do not want construction drawings immediately. I want to finalize the concept first to avoid redesign costs. Scope of Work (Phase-wise) Phase 1 Understand the approved building plan. Review the site. Prepare a site zoning plan. Optimize guest circulation and space planning. Phase 2 Detailed floor plans. Room layouts. Reception. Parking. Lift and staircase. Outdoor amenities. Phase 3 Simple 3D massing model for approval. Exterior concept (modern tropical/beach resort style). Phase 4 Interior concepts for guest rooms and common areas. Only after my approval, prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation. Deliverables Site zoning plan Optimized floor plans Furniture layouts Simple 3D massing model Exterior renders Interior concepts Final working drawings (after approval) Project Details Existing approved plan available (PDF). Building footprint already fixed. Goal: Premium boutique hospitality property. I prefer architects with experience in hotels, resorts, villas, or hospitality projects.
