Create Luxury Mansion Walk-Through

About the project

I have a set of high-end interior and exterior assets for a large mansion and now I need them stitched into a seamless, cinematic walk-through. Scope You will take my existing 3d images & autocad plan then build clean 3d model (preferable sketchup) and turn it into a 2–3 minute tour that flows naturally from the driveway to the foyer, living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, master suite &spa-like baths, and finally the pool and landscaped grounds. I want viewers to feel as though they are gliding through the property in one continuous take, so careful planning of transitions, lighting balance, and color grading is essential. Deliverables Time line : 3 days for draft final Output : 5 days • Storyboard or quick animatic so I can approve the path before you lock cameras • Final 4K video (and a 1080p down-convert) in MP4 Working Notes The mansion’s interiors feature marble, glass, and warm wood; please keep reflections clean and avoid harsh highlights. Subtle ambient soundtrack is fine—something classy, no upbeat pop. If you prefer working in Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion, or straight Premiere/After Effects, that’s up to you; just let me know your toolset early so I can send compatible files. Acceptance Criteria The finished video must: 1. Hold a steady 24 fps or 30 fps throughout with no stutter. 2. Maintain consistent exposure so white walls never clip and black marble never crushes. 3. Deliver a natural sense of scale—no fisheye distortion. 4. Include at least one gentle orbit shot of the pool area. I will share detail 3d images
