Design a Custom 3D CAD Putter Model
USD 30–250
About the project
CAD Modeling for Custom 3D-Printable Mallet Putter ("The Vulture") Overview: Need a clean, parametric 3D CAD model (SolidWorks or Fusion 360) and a .step export for a custom mallet putter head based on provided visual references. Core Specs to Model: Head Geometry: Open-frame mallet with solid-slab aero-wings (sharp angular texturing, no lattices) and a traditional flow-neck hosel positioned on the heel. Alignment & Paint-Fill: Center front-to-back alignment channel modeled as a recessed V-shaped groove designed to hold a clean paint-fill. Branding & Text Integration: Leave shallow engraved/recessed pockets (0.5mm depth) for text placement: "VULTURE" styled boldly across the rear bumper/edge, and "BIRDIE DOWN" lettering cleanly positioned on the bottom sole plate. Weight Pockets: Two 0.5-inch (12.7mm) diameter by 30.0mm deep blind holes inside the rear wings, accessed from the sole plate. Hardware Integration: Model the mouth of the weight pockets to accept standard brass heat-set inserts and flush hex socket screws. Target: Designed to achieve a 350g–360g raw head weight. Deliverables: Parametric source files (.sldprt / .f3d) STEP (.step) file
