Title:CAD Design for Outdoor Drinking Water Fountain (Sheet Metal / DXF)Description:I need an experienced mechanical engineer or industrial designer to create a technical, ready-to-manufacture project for an outdoor drinking water fountain.I will provide the required internal dimensions and components (filtration system, pipes, and valves). Your job is to deliver professional manufacturing files so I can request quotes from local laser cutting and CNC bending workshops.Key Design Requirements:Application: Outdoor drinking water fountain.Materials: Stainless Steel (AISI 316 / Food-Grade for water-contact parts) or Corten Steel (exterior casing only).Sanitation: Design must ensure strict hygiene. No direct contact between drinking water and Corten steel or raw structural welds. Standard glass filler / bubbler tap integration is required.Sheet Metal DFM: Accurate K-Factor and bend allowance calculations (1.5mm to 3mm sheets) to guarantee exact internal clearances after folding.Corner Reliefs: Proper implementation of bend reliefs to prevent metal tearing at tight folding intersections.Maintenance Access: A hidden, secure, and weatherproof service hatch to access internal plumbing and drainage.Mounting: Stable base prepared for ground anchoring (bolted baseplate).Required Deliverables:3D CAD Models: High-quality assembly in STEP or IGES format.2D Drawings: Detailed PDF/DWG files with dimensions, welding specifications (TIG sanitary welds), and material callouts.Flat Patterns: Clean 1:1 scale DXF files for laser cutting (no duplicate lines or dimensions on cutting layers).To Apply:Please share sheet metal projects from your portfolio, state which CAD software you use (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360 preferred), and your estimated delivery time.
