About the project
I am looking for an experienced SolidWorks Design Engineer to collaborate on an innovative product design project that transforms a compact car into a functional laboratory through intelligent space utilization and mechanical design. The project requires expertise in product design, mechanism development, interior packaging, assemblies, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). I already have the product vision and initial concept; I am looking for someone who can help translate it into a practical, manufacturable SolidWorks design. Experience in compact product design, automotive interiors, or complex mechanical assemblies will be an advantage. Further project details will be shared after the initial discussion. Deliverables Complete 3D CAD model in SolidWorks Well-structured Part and Assembly files Optimized interior layout and packaging Design of all major components and assemblies Mechanism design (where applicable) Manufacturing drawings with dimensions Bill of Materials (BOM) STEP, PDF, and source SolidWorks files High-quality rendered images of the final design Experience in compact product design, automotive interiors, or complex mechanical assemblies will be an advantage.
