Modern Aesthetic Interior Design for New-Build Apartment

About the project

Project Title: Full Interior Design Service for New-Build Apartment (Layout, 3D Rendering & Technical Drawings) Project Background: I purchased an apartment that is currently under construction. The concrete structure is complete, and the brick/masonry work is currently being finished. I'm looking for an experienced interior designer (or design studio) to guide the full design process from initial layout through to construction-ready technical drawings. I'm looking for a professional who can deliver the following three phases: Phase 1 — Design Study: Floor Plan & Layout Initial consultation to understand my needs, lifestyle, and requirements for the space Development of alternative functional floor plans and layouts, with precise positioning and dimensions for all furniture and functional zones, optimizing use of available space Where the space allows, please provide 2–3 alternative layout options Presentation of the alternatives, followed by discussion to finalize the definitive floor plan together Phase 2 — Design Study: 3D Photorealistic Rendering Collaborative review of inspiration images/reference material to define the aesthetic direction Definition of style direction: color palette, materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, fabrics, and any custom/built-in elements — agreed together Creation of 3D models for furniture and other elements to be incorporated, based on agreed selections Production of high-resolution photorealistic renders using appropriate lighting, shading, textures, and colors to accurately convey the atmosphere and final result Presentation of final renders, collection of feedback, and revisions as needed Phase 3 — Design Study: Construction/Technical Drawings Preparation of detailed technical drawings enabling accurate execution by each trade/contractor, covering: Electrical Plumbing Special constructions/built-ins Drywall/gypsum board (partition) work Woodwork/carpentry Metalwork A detailed materials list including product codes for finishes, coatings/plaster, furniture, lighting fixtures, decorative elements, and planting/greenery recommendations Deliverables expected: 2–3 alternative floor plans (PDF/image format) High-resolution photorealistic 3D renders of all rooms Complete technical drawing set for contractors (electrical, plumbing, drywall, woodwork, metalwork) Itemized materials/products list with codes and sources Additional notes: Apartment is located in Greece; familiarity with Greek building codes/standards (electrical, plumbing) and local supplier availability is a plus Open to discussing timeline and budget based on proposals
