About the project
I’m building a steady pipeline of projects and need a licensed architect who can plug in wherever the workflow demands—concept sketches, detailed plans, permit sets, or an occasional site check. The roster ranges from private homes to small commercial spaces, so a flexible design vocabulary and sound knowledge of building codes are essential. You should be fully fluent in Revit or AutoCAD and able to generate clean 3D visuals in SketchUp or comparable software for client presentations. Typical tasks include developing schematic layouts from my briefs, refining them into construction documents ready for approval, and handling prompt revisions as field conditions evolve. Because schedules ebb and flow, reliable communication matters just as much as creative skill. If you can turn around drawing packages quickly, flag cost-saving ideas, and keep aesthetics front-of-mind, we’ll get along well.
