About the project

I have a blank, over-1000 sq ft outdoor space and a clear vision: a clean, contemporary garden anchored by a striking water feature and a comfortable seating area for family gatherings. I need a designer who can translate that vision into a fully resolved plan I can implement myself. You’ll start from a rough site sketch, a few inspiration images, and my notes on sun patterns and existing structures. From there, I’m looking for polished concept visuals—ideally a set of photorealistic renders paired with a scaled top-down layout—so I can see exactly how the water element, seating zone, planting beds and circulation all interact. I’m not committed to formal pathways, but I’m open to subtle hard-surfaced connections if that improves flow. Because I’ll be doing the installation, accuracy is essential: dimensions, grading cues, and material call-outs must be clear enough for me (and local contractors, when needed) to follow without guesswork. Native, low-maintenance plant suggestions that fit a modern aesthetic would be a welcome bonus. Deliverables • One master plan in PDF/DWG with dimensions and material specs • 2–3 high-resolution perspective renders • A concise planting & materials schedule keyed to the plan I’m comfortable receiving the final package in any mainstream CAD or 3D format as long as PDFs are included for print reference.
