3D “Milo” Explainer Video
NZD 250–750
About the project
I’m ready to bring our AI assistant, Milo, to life as a cartoon-style 3D character who strolls through an office scene and speaks directly to camera, explaining how he powers our software platform. Here’s what I already have: a polished, word-for-word script and a picture of the office environment Milo should inhabit. What I need from you is the full visual and audio execution—modelling Milo in a friendly, cartoon aesthetic, animating his walk cycle and gestures, lip-syncing the dialogue, and compositing everything into a website-ready video (transparent alpha or clean background cut as MP4/WebM). If you can supply the voice-over, great. I do have a static example of Milo. Please use whichever pipeline you’re most comfortable with—Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Unreal, After Effects—so long as the final render looks smooth on desktop and mobile browsers, loads quickly, and keeps Milo crisp at common breakpoints. Acceptance criteria: • Milo matches the cartoon look yet feels at home in a modern office set. • Animation is fluid (no foot-slip) and the lip-sync stays tight to the script. • Final video (and a transparent version) delivered in both 1080p and 720p, under 30 MB each. • Source files supplied so we can update Milo for future releases. If that sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me how you’d tackle Milo’s rig, the estimated timeframe, and any previous toon-style characters you’ve produced.
