I have an established production pipeline and an unmistakable visual style. If you can recreate that look flawlessly, I can offer you a steady, full-time seat on the team. Here is what day-to-day looks like: • You receive a brief, reference clip, and assets from our design lead. • You deliver at least 20 fresh minutes of finished video each week, combining solid video editing with custom animation sequences. • You stay available and responsive, so revisions move quickly and deadlines never slip. We work almost exclusively inside Adobe After Effects and Blender, so solid mastery of both is essential. Compensation & growth: • Base salary is US $600 paid on the 1st of every month. • Performance bonuses kick in automatically when a video outperforms our targets. • Consistent high performers move into higher-pay brackets and leadership tracks.
