About the project

I’m preparing to launch a new residential development and need a polished, sales-ready video tour that lets prospects feel as if they are already on the property. The core deliverable is a seamless, high-resolution video—ideally driven by photorealistic 3D work—that walks viewers through every key element of the project in one coherent narrative. What I want to see on screen • Amenities: pool, fitness center, co-working lounge, rooftop deck, parking solutions—anything that sets the community apart. • Interior spaces: representative apartments, lobby, corridors, materials, fixtures, and nighttime lighting moods. • Surrounding area: local landmarks, nearby transport links, schools, parks, and retail to anchor the project in its actual context. I’m open to whichever production pipeline you prefer—Unreal Engine, Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or a hybrid approach—so long as the final output looks cinematic, streams smoothly in 4K, and is simple for my sales team to share on the web and at live events.
