Kore is a sneaker brand where each sneaker is based on people's experiences, values, personality, Kore. We've launched 7 designs and are now looking at getting onboard a founding designer who can translate ideas into production-ready assets. The shoe should feel relaxed yet modern—something that pairs with jeans or chinos, offers all-day comfort, and reflects current streetwear trends without straying too far from classic appeal. Open to hiring as the founding footwear designer and provide ESOPs as well in the compensation. Part-time monthly work with an option to convert into full-time either now or in a few month 2. Someone who can take complete ownership of the designs Tech requirements: 1. Concept sketches that show the overall silhouette, key panels, and unique detailing. 2. A full tech pack in Adobe Illustrator (or compatible CAD) including upper patterns, material call-outs, colourways, stitching specs, and outsole side views. 3. Material recommendations that balance durability and cost—think canvas, nubuck, knit blends, or eco-friendly options if they meet performance standards. 4. 3D mock-ups or renders to help the factory visualise proportions—highly valued but not mandatory.
