HOA Exterior 3D Rendering
USD 250–750
About the project
I’m preparing a submission for my homeowners association and need a photorealistic exterior render that really sells the design. The key feature to spotlight is the entrance — specifically the front porch — and I’d like it presented in a warm, Traditional style. Please show a dark roof paired with light, earth-toned (cream) walls so the board can immediately understand the final look. A single hero view is essential, but I’ll welcome an additional angle or close-up of the porch if it helps convey detail. Resolution must be high enough for print on 11×17 sheets, and the lighting should feel true to late-morning daylight. Suggested toolsets such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion or Twinmotion are all fine as long as the result is crisp and realistic. I’ll supply current CAD elevations and reference photos once we start; you can work from those or create a quick massing model yourself. Deliverables • 1–2 high-resolution JPEG/PNG stills (minimum 300 DPI) • Native project file or exported FBX for archival purposes I’ll give prompt feedback, and final approval hinges on the HOA’s reaction, so expect one revision round to fine-tune materials or camera angle if needed. Looking forward to seeing the entrance come to life.
