About the project

I have an idea for a compact, fully functional tool / device that I want to manufacture on an FDM printer. I already know the features it must perform; what I need from you is the engineering detail that turns those ideas into a clean, ready-to-print model. Here is what I expect: • Parametric CAD in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar so I can adjust dimensions later. • An STL optimised for FDM, with sensible wall thicknesses, fillets, draft angles and mating clearances. • A short PDF drawing (or screenshots) that calls out critical dimensions and tolerances so the part assembles correctly when printed. We will iterate together: I’ll supply sketches and functional requirements, you’ll send screenshots or low-res test prints, and we’ll refine until the design works and prints reliably with minimal supports. If this first project runs smoothly, I have a pipeline of additional printable products lined up and would like to keep you on board long-term. Let’s start with this tool and prove the workflow.
