About the project
I am ready to commission a complete set of architectural drawings for a medium-sized modern residence. The concept must accommodate four comfortably sized bedrooms and incorporate a dedicated home office in a way that feels integrated rather than tacked on. Please lay out the spaces with an open-plan living / kitchen core, good natural light, and logical circulation. I value clear zoning between private (bedrooms, baths, office) and social areas, and I’m open to creative rooflines, façades, or sustainable material suggestions that reinforce the modern aesthetic while staying build-friendly. Deliverables I need from you: • Scaled floor plans with room dimensions • Elevations and at least one section cut • A basic 3D massing model or rendered perspectives that illustrate exterior form and key interior relationships • A brief sheet summarising square footage for each level and overall footprint Final files should be provided in PDF for review plus the native CAD or BIM format (DWG, RVT, or similar) so my local engineer can continue from your model. I will give prompt feedback at concept, schematic, and final stages to keep the project moving smoothly.
