**Job Title: Machine Designer** **Department:** Design & Engineering **Reports To:** Design Head / Project Manager --- ### **Job Summary** Responsible for designing machines, SPMs, and automation systems as per customer requirements. The role includes concept development, 3D modeling, and ensuring designs are practical for manufacturing and assembly. --- ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop machine concepts and detailed designs * Create 3D models and 2D drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) * Select components (motors, pneumatics, structures, etc.) * Coordinate with production for manufacturability * Support assembly, trials, and modifications * Maintain design documentation and BOM --- ### **Requirements** * B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering * 1–4 years experience in machine/SPM design * Knowledge of CAD software and basic automation concepts --- ### **Skills** * Strong design thinking and problem-solving * Understanding of fabrication, machining, and assembly * Basic knowledge of pneumatics, motors, and mechanisms
