About the project

Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in one of the following specializations: Financial Advisory, Marketing, or Business Development. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with proven consulting expertise to deliver strategic solutions and lead projects effectively. Key Responsibilities ● Lead and manage consulting projects from kickoff to final delivery ● Analyze complex client issues and provide data-driven strategic recommendations ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders ● Mentor and supervise junior consultants ● Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior client management ● Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development ● Ensure quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets ● Specialized duties in Financial Advisory (modeling, valuation, M&A), Marketing (strategy, branding, ROI), or Business Development (growth, partnerships, deal negotiation), depending on track Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) ● Relevant certification a plus (e.g., CFA for Financial track, Digital Marketing certs for Marketing track) ● 5–7+ years of experience in management consulting or the relevant specialization ● Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects ● Prior team leadership experience Skills ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools ● Proficiency in Asana and Notion ● Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure ● Strong leadership and team management skills ● Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus Benefits ● Opportunity to become a full-time employee, with future potential to advance to a General Manager position . ● Professional, dynamic work environment ● Ongoing training and professional development
