About the project

I need a seasoned market-scout who can identify and introduce reputable international oil and gas firms willing to work with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and its subsidiaries. My priority is to bring in partners that can cover the full scope of Drilling operations, Equipment supply, and Consulting services, and that are able to mobilise both personnel and equipment into Kuwait without delay. What I expect from you • A curated shortlist of qualified companies, each with a concise capability profile highlighting drilling experience, equipment fleets, and advisory credentials. • Direct decision-maker contact details and proof that the company is open to entering Kuwait. • Insight into their previous work in the region (or similar markets), HSE records, and any pre-qualification they already hold with KOC or GCC operators. • Your active role as a consultant-introducer: once I choose the most promising prospects, you will facilitate the first contact and help schedule introductory calls or meetings.
