About the project

I need a small-scale vacuum tumbler purpose-built for evenly marinating meat in batches under 5 liters. The entire food-contact area must be stainless steel for durability and easy sanitation. Key functions I want integrated are: • A simple digital timer that lets me set and read remaining cycle time at a glance • Variable speed control so I can fine-tune tumbling intensity for delicate or dense cuts • A fully removable drum, secured with a reliable quick-release seal, to streamline loading, unloading, and cleaning Please translate these requirements into a practical, manufacturable design. I will look for: 1. 3D CAD files (STEP or similar) of all components 2. Basic strength and vacuum calculations to prove the shell and seals hold under operation 3. An exploded view and concise bill of materials specifying food-grade stainless alloys and any off-the-shelf parts you recommend 4. Assembly and maintenance notes that a small workshop could follow If you have prior experience designing food-processing equipment or working with rotary vacuum systems, highlight it when you respond. I’m ready to get started as soon as I see a clear pathway from concept to prototype.
