About the project

I have a residential project ready for marketing material and investor presentations, and I need it brought to life through high-quality visualization. The brief is straightforward: • A 30-second exterior animation that smoothly shows off the main architectural features, landscaping, and overall curb appeal. • Roughly 12 photo-real stills covering both exterior hero angles and key interior spaces. We can finalise which rooms work best once you review the plans with me—living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, or any statement zones that help tell the story. You’ll receive the pdf files, reference images, and mood directions the moment we agree to proceed. My expectation is clean, realistic lighting, accurate materials, and consistent styling across every frame. Feel free to work in 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, Lumion, or your preferred toolset so long as the outcome is crisp and professionally graded. Please let me know: • Your typical turnaround for a 30-sec animation plus a dozen stills • Any scene-set requirements from my end (model formats, texture packs, etc.) • A few links to comparable work you have produced Final deliverables: 1920×1080 animation (H.264 or ProRes) and high-resolution JPEG/PNG stills ready for print and web.
