About the project
I’m preparing a Christmas-themed corporate gathering and need a creative partner to handle the full design of the venue decorations. The space must feel festive yet contemporary—think clean lines, sleek metallics, clever lighting and a colour palette that keeps the holiday spirit while matching our brand style guide. Here’s what I’m after: • A complete design concept presented through mood boards and a brief style narrative. • Scaled visual mock-ups or 3D renders showing how key areas (entrance, stage, cocktail stations, photo wall) will look once dressed. • An itemised sourcing list with vendor links or rental suggestions for every decorative element, from centrepieces to ceiling installations and LED features. • A concise installation guide my onsite team can follow, including lighting cues and teardown notes. I have venue measurements, brand assets and a floor plan ready to share as soon as we start.
