About the project

I’m revamping my newly purchased 3-bedroom flat in Surat and want to start with the living room. The brief is simple: a clean, minimalist ceiling concept with smart, concealed lighting that keeps the space feeling airy, plus a seamless built-in wardrobe that blends into the overall look. Alongside those two focal points, I also need a well-thought-out colour palette that ties the living room to the rest of the home so the transition into bedrooms, kitchen and passage feels effortless once we move on to those areas. Here’s what I expect from you: • Concept mood board capturing the minimalist direction • 2D layout and 3D renders for the ceiling and wardrobe • Detailed working drawings with material and hardware specs suitable for local vendors in Surat • Paint and finish schedule covering walls, ceiling and built-in units • At least one on-site coordination visit (or virtual walkthrough if necessary) during execution Please share relevant portfolio samples—especially minimalist ceilings or built-ins you’ve handled—and confirm your availability to start right away.
