About the project

I’m putting together a full set of photoreal 3D models for a new residence and I’d like a skilled visualiser to take charge of three key zones: the kitchen, a master bedroom, and the building’s exterior. Everything needs to sit within a clean-lined, modern aesthetic that balances warmth and sophistication through prominent use of wood and marble finishes. What I expect • Fully modelled and textured scenes for the kitchen, bedroom, and exterior façade, all in a consistent modern style. • Source files in the native software you use (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Revit—your choice) plus export to FBX or OBJ for cross-platform flexibility. • At least three high-resolution, well-lit still renders per area (wide angle, focal detail, and alternate view). • Organised layers/material libraries so I can tweak colours or swap finishes later without rebuilding the scene. Acceptance The deliverables should open error-free, with textures linked, UVs clean, and polygon counts reasonable for real-time walkthroughs. Lighting must be baked or set up so that re-rendering produces results close to your previews. Once each area meets these checks, we’ll move on to the next before final sign-off.
