Here’s what I need from you: • A well-thought-out 2D floor plan that shows optimal furniture placement and traffic flow. • A fully textured 3D model or set of renders that lets me visualise the concept from multiple angles. • A cohesive modern colour palette (paint, fabrics, accents) that feels calm but still has personality. I’m leaning toward cost-effective materials and smart storage ideas, so please make suggestions that won’t break the bank. If you work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Blender or similar, just let me know—file compatibility matters because I may want to tinker with the model later. Acceptance criteria 1. 2D layout delivered in editable CAD or PDF format. 2. 3D visuals (JPEG/PNG) plus the source file. 3. Colour palette sheet listing exact codes and finish recommendations. 4.
