About the project
My team is preparing for a new development phase and I need a licensed civil engineer to guide the entire technical process—from preliminary analysis through to final documentation. The scope is intentionally broad at this stage because I want your professional input on the most efficient path forward, whether that ends up centering on site grading, structural layout, roadway connectivity, or geotechnical recommendations. Here is what I expect once we define the exact brief together: • A concise work plan that flags key code requirements and milestones. • All calculations, CAD drawings, and supporting notes produced in software you specify (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD Pro, or equivalent). • A clear set of stamped documents ready for permitting, packaged with any supplemental technical reports or modeling files you consider essential. When you reply, outline the discipline you’d lead with, any specialty analysis tools you rely on, and a realistic timeline for each phase. I will share current site data, sketches, and any municipal guidelines as soon as we start so you can refine the deliverables list and scheduling.
