### **Project Title:** **Full Stack Developer: Local Tutor Marketplace Directory, Programmatic SEO, Live Lead Board & GBP/CRM Integration** --- ### **Project Overview:** We are a home tutoring network operating across Delhi NCR (covering KG–12th, JEE, and NEET across CBSE, ICSE, and IB boards). We are looking for an experienced **Full Stack Web Developer** to design and build a high-performance, mobile-first tutor marketplace directory and lead management portal. The platform has three key stakeholders: 1. **Parents/Students:** A fast local search directory to discover verified home tutors by subject, grade, board, and micro-locality (with "Book Demo" CTAs). 2. **Home Tutors (Non-Tech Savvy):** A simple zero-friction onboarding flow and a live tuition job board to view and claim open requirements. 3. **Admin / Marketing Operations:** A centralized dashboard that manages dynamic local landing pages, syncs incoming inquiries, and connects with our Google Business Profile (GBP) ecosystem and CRM/Spreadsheet. --- ### **Core Functional Scope & Deliverables:** #### **1. Programmatic Local Directory & Technical SEO** * **Dynamic Local Landing Pages:** Dynamic, template-driven URL routing for localized search (e.g., `/delhi/dwarka/class-10-cbse-maths-home-tutor/` or `/noida/sector-62/neet-physics/`). * **Server-Side Rendering (SSR / ISR):** Ultra-fast load times and instant search engine indexability for thousands of programmatic pages. * **Structured Data (Schema.org):** Automated JSON-LD schema injection (`LocalBusiness`, `EducationalOrganization`, `Person`, `AggregateRating`, and `BreadcrumbList`) across all profiles and locality pages. * **Tutor Profiles:** Dynamic public profiles showcasing degrees, verification badges, subjects taught, target boards, travel areas, and verified parent reviews. #### **2. Live Open Tuition Requirements Board (Homepage Feature)** * **Live Job Board Grid / Ticker:** A dynamic homepage section displaying active tuition inquiries. * **Strict Data Privacy & Masking:** Only public fields (*Locality/Sector, Grade/Board, Subject, Frequency, Budget*) are visible. Private data (*parent phone number, student name, house/flat number*) must remain secure on the server and never exposed in frontend payloads. * **1-Click Tutor Application:** "Apply for this Tuition" CTA passing a unique Lead ID to an application modal or pre-filled action. * **Real-Time Sync:** Automatically display open leads from the central database/spreadsheet and remove them once marked "Assigned" or "Closed". #### **3. Google Business Profile (GBP) & Tracking Ecosystem** * **Service Area Mapping:** Data model mapping up to 20 local pin codes/neighborhoods per tutor for Service-Area Business (SAB) tracking. * **Attribution & Review Syndication:** Automated generation of UTM tracking links for profile website buttons and 1-click Google Review direct link/QR code generation for tutors. #### **4. Zero-Friction Onboarding & Admin Lead Routing** * 1-page streamlined onboarding form for non-technical tutors to upload credentials, choose travel pin codes, and submit subjects. * Inbound lead capture forms ("Book Free Demo", "Call Tutor") syncing directly to our central CRM / Google Sheet database with automated alert notifications. --- ### **Required Core Technical Skills:** * **Frontend & Rendering:** * Modern Server-Side Rendered (SSR) / Static Site Generation (SSG/ISR) framework (e.g., **Next.js / React, Nuxt.js / Vue**, or equivalent modern stack). * Responsive, mobile-first UI development (**Tailwind CSS** or modern component system) with Core Web Vitals optimization. * **Backend & Database Architecture:** * Robust backend development (**Node.js / Express, Python / Fastify, or Backend-as-a-Service like Supabase / PocketBase / PostgreSQL**). * Relational data modeling (Tutors $\leftrightarrow$ Subjects $\leftrightarrow$ Grades $\leftrightarrow$ Localities/Pin Codes $\leftrightarrow$ Leads). * RESTful API design with strict data-masking security. * **Programmatic SEO & Structured Data:** * Deep expertise in **JSON-LD Schema Markup**, dynamic XML sitemaps, and canonical URL management. * **Data Integration & Syncing:** * Experience with **Google Sheets API / Webhooks / REST APIs** for bi-directional data flow without performance bottlenecks. --- ### **Proposal Submission Requirements:** When applying, please include: 1.
