# Office Interior Designer Needed for Complete Commercial Office Design We have recently taken a new office space and are looking for an experienced **Commercial Office Interior Designer** to design the complete office interior. We already have: * Video/photos of the empty office space * Existing floor/layout plan provided by the housing board * Measurements/layout information of the space We need someone who can understand the existing space and create a **practical, modern and professional office interior design** around it. ## Scope of Work The designer should provide: * Complete office space planning * Reception area design * Workstation/seating layout * Founder/Director cabin * Meeting room * Employee seating arrangement * Storage requirements * Pantry area * Electrical point planning * Lighting placement * AC placement suggestions * Ceiling design * Partition design * Wall/branding area design * Furniture placement * Material suggestions * Color/theme recommendations * Space optimization * 3D realistic interior views/renders * Final furniture and layout drawings The design should look **professional, premium, practical and realistic**, while keeping the construction and furniture cost under control. We are not looking for just a basic floor plan. We need someone who can take the existing layout and turn it into a **complete office interior concept that can actually be executed on-site**. ## What We Will Provide We will provide: 1. Our requirements for cabins, seating, meeting room, etc. ## Ideal Freelancer Looking for someone with: * Commercial office interior design experience * Strong space-planning skills * Experience with 3D interior visualization * Good understanding of furniture, lighting and electrical planning * Ability to design according to an existing layout * Good communication and attention to detail Please share **3–5 examples of your previous office/commercial interior projects** along with your estimated cost and timeline.
