Villa Façade Redesign in Saudi Arabia

About the project

I am looking for an experienced architect / façade designer to develop the exterior design of my private villa in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The objective is to create an elegant Contemporary Eastern Coast Architecture façade that complies with: * Ajyal architectural requirements * Saudi Eastern Coast Architecture Design Guidelines * The existing architectural layout and actual site conditions Project Information The villa is currently under construction. I will provide: * Architectural plans and elevations * Ajyal requirements * Eastern Coast Architecture guidelines * Current site photos * Updated window and door dimensions Important: Some window sizes have been changed during construction, and some windows have been cancelled. Therefore, the designer must coordinate the original drawings with the latest site photos and dimensions. The updated site information shall take priority where differences exist. Design Direction I want a Contemporary Eastern Coast design, not a generic modern villa. The design should be clean, elegant and practical, using appropriate proportions, recesses, projections, shading elements and architectural details inspired by Eastern Coast Architecture. Preferred material direction: * Warm off-white / light exterior finishes * Natural stone or travertine-style stone used selectively * Dark Bronze aluminum frames * Clear Low-E glass * No wood-look façade cladding * Materials suitable for the Eastern Province climate The existing building footprint and main architectural dimensions should remain unchanged. Required Deliverables 1. Review and coordinate the architectural drawings with the actual site conditions. 2. Prepare updated façade elevations reflecting the latest window/door openings. 3. Develop the final Contemporary Eastern Coast façade design. 4. High-quality photorealistic daytime renders. 5. Night/evening render with exterior lighting. 6. Material and color palette. 7. Final façade elevations and editable source files. Before proceeding with the final 3D renders, I would like to review and approve the updated façade/elevation showing the correct openings and dimensions. Please share examples of previous villa façade projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
