I’m preparing to fit-out our new 2 500 m² corporate headquarters and the brief is straightforward: a striking, thoroughly modern environment that instantly impresses clients and visitors while giving our team an inspiring place to work. The scope is comprehensive—reception, lobby, open workspaces, executive suites, conference rooms, ancillary zones and the surrounding landscape all need to read as one cohesive statement of our brand. Here is what I need from you: • A full interior concept in a crisp, contemporary style—floor plans, detailed elevations and high-quality 3D visualisations that let stakeholders understand the design at a glance. • Material, lighting and furniture specifications that balance aesthetics with durability and maintenance practicality. • A complementary landscaping scheme that extends the interior language outdoors, covering planting ideas, hard-scape, seating pockets and subtle way-finding. • Coordination files ready for hand-off to builders and MEP consultants (DWG/Revit preferred), plus a mood board package I can circulate internally. Final sign-off will hinge on how well the design delivers that “wow” moment for visitors while remaining functional for daily operations, so creative flair backed by clear technical documentation is key.
