About the project
I have a 2 storey floor-plan PDF that I need rebuilt in Revit. The brief is simple: replicate the layout so I can start developing design options on top of it. Scope of modelling • Basic layout only—no full construction detailing. • Include all walls, internal and external, plus the doors, windows and any other standard fixtures shown on the drawing. • Everything can be assembled from Revit’s default content; no custom families are required. Deliverables 1. One tidy, well-organised .rvt file (Revit 2023 or later). 2. A floor-plan sheet and a quick 3D axon so I can verify scale and geometry. Maintain original dimensions and alignments; ±25 mm accuracy is fine for this stage. Send over your estimated turnaround once you have reviewed the PDF, and feel free to flag anything that needs clarification before you start.
