About the project

I’m refreshing an office conference room so it becomes a true hub for collaborative work rather than a traditional, board-style meeting space. I have the overall office layout already; what I need now is a complete interior concept and execution plan for this single room. The brief • Transform a standard conference room into an open, flexible environment that encourages brainstorming, quick stand-ups, and impromptu team sessions. • Provide a space plan that shows furniture placement, traffic flow, and clear sightlines for screens or whiteboards. • Recommend furnishings, finishes, lighting, and acoustic treatments suited to an energetic yet professional atmosphere. • Supply photorealistic 3D renders so stakeholders can visualize the design before sign-off. Deliverables 1. Scaled floor plan and reflected ceiling plan (DWG/PDF). 2. Mood board with color palette, material samples, and style references. 3. Furniture and fixtures schedule with sourcing links or product specs. 4. At least three high-resolution 3D renders from different angles. 5. A concise implementation guide (paint codes, lighting levels, install notes). Acceptance criteria • Layout must seat 8-10 people comfortably and allow rapid reconfiguration for workshops. • All selections readily available in my region or shippable within four weeks. • Final package is complete, tidy, and ready for contractors to price.
