About the project

I’m preparing a new commercial office and need a thoughtful interior plan that maximises individual workstations. The layout must balance productivity, comfort and a modern aesthetic while working within typical corporate standards for lighting, acoustics and cable management. You’ll begin with a space study based on the dimensions I provide, propose a zoning concept that ensures every employee has an ergonomic workstation, and then translate that into detailed floor-plans, furniture selections and material finishes. 3D visualisations are essential so stakeholders can sign off on the look and feel before we purchase anything. Deliverables I will review and approve: • Scaled floor-plan showing workstation count and circulation paths • Two to three mood-board options with colour palette, furniture and lighting references • High-resolution 3D renders from key angles • A consolidated specification sheet listing furniture, fixtures and finishes with sourcing links I prefer files in DWG (for our architect) and PDF/JPEG for general circulation. If you use SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max for the renders, please include the native files as well so we can make minor edits later. Turnaround for the first concept is one week from project start, with two revision rounds included. Let me know about similar corporate workstation projects you’ve completed and the tools you plan to use so we can move ahead quickly.
