3-Level Villa 2D/3D Design

About the project

I have a three-storey villa project that needs a complete Modern makeover, inside and out. I already have the basic structural drawings, but I now require fully developed 2D plans and photorealistic 3D visuals that show how every space will look and flow together. Scope The assignment covers every corner of the property. On the interior side that means the living room and kitchen on the main floor, all bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper levels, plus hallways and other shared areas. Externally, I want the façades refined, the rooflines detailed, and the terrace and garden wall integrated so they read as one coherent Modern composition. What I’m after • Updated 2D floor plans with furniture layouts and clear dimensioning for all three levels • High-resolution 3D renders that capture daytime and evening moods for both the interiors and exteriors • An editable source file set (DWG or RVT for plans, plus the native model—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) so my local team can take measurements and develop construction details • A concise material and finishes palette for each zone to guide procurement Acceptance criteria • Renders must accurately reflect the approved floor plans and material palette • Each level delivered as a separate layered file, along with consolidated PDF sheets for easy review • All dimensions and annotations in metric, with legible text at print scale A3 • Final package organised in clearly labelled folders (Plans, Models, Renders, Materials) If you have a strong portfolio in Modern residential design and can work comfortably with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Lumion, I’d like to see what you can do with this villa.
