About the project

My residential property needs a full-scope modern makeover, inside and out. I want a cohesive look that lets the interior flow naturally to the exterior, using clean lines, thoughtful lighting, and a restrained palette that still feels warm and livable. You’ll start by translating my rough room measurements and photographs into accurate floor plans and a site layout, then develop mood boards that capture the look I’m after—think subtle textures, natural tones, and well-chosen accents rather than stark minimalism. From there, I’ll need photorealistic 3D renders and elevations for every key space as well as the façade, terrace, and any outdoor lounging areas so we can fine-tune proportions, materials, and lighting before committing to construction. To keep everything organised, please package your work in a way my contractor can use straight away: native CAD or SketchUp files for plans, layered PSD or similar for mood boards, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG for final visuals. All specifications—paint codes, tile references, fixture models—should be clearly labelled on sheets or schedules within the drawing set. I’ll review each stage quickly and offer consolidated feedback so we can move through concepts, revisions, and final detailing without delay. When the design set is finished, my goal is to hand it to the build team confident that every detail, from kitchen cabinetry profiles to exterior wall cladding, has been considered.
