Mechanical CAD, CAM & Optimization Support
INR 600–1500
About the project
I need help taking a set of mechanical parts from concept to shop floor. Whether I hand over a fully dimensioned 2D drawing, a rough sketch, or just functional requirements, the end result has to be a clean, production-ready 3D model and a proven Mastercam program. Any type of mechanical part or assembly is fair game, and I’m open to whichever file format best suits the workflow—STEP, IGES, DWG, or a native package. Once the solids are complete, the focus shifts to efficient milling and turning toolpaths: correct tool selection, dialed-in feeds and speeds, minimal air-cutting, and clear fixture suggestions. If a small design tweak can open up tool clearance or shave minutes off the cycle, I’m happy to incorporate it. Deliverables – Parametric 3D CAD model of each part/assembly – Mastercam file and post-processed G-code for my machines – Setup sheet outlining tools, ops, feeds & speeds – Brief note on any optimisation changes made Machine specs, materials, and tolerances will follow after kickoff so the work can be tailored precisely to the job.
