About the project
I’m midway through a commercial construction project and need a clean, modern 3D elevation that highlights stone as the hero material. The concept should stay straightforward—nothing overly ornate—yet it still has to communicate the building’s contemporary character and give my contractor crystal-clear guidance on façade treatments and proportions. You’ll start from the CAD floor plans I’ll provide (DWG/PDF) and deliver a modeled exterior with two to three high-resolution perspective renders plus the native file (SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max—whichever you’re most comfortable with). Lighting, textures, and camera angles should be set so I can hand the images straight to clients and site engineers without extra tweaks. If you’ve tackled modern commercial fronts before—especially those that balance sleek lines with natural stone accents—you’ll feel right at home here.
