Detailed Ship Stern STL Model
USD 30–250
About the project
I have a collection of clear reference photos of a historic model ship and I need the stern recreated in 3D with a high level of detail. Every decorative carving, window frame, and curvature visible in the images should appear in the final mesh so it can stand up to close-up inspection and resin printing. You’ll work from the photos (I’ll supply additional angle shots and key measurements up front) and deliver a watertight STL that’s ready for slicing. Please keep the part as a single manifold object unless a small number of logical splits will improve printability; if you decide a split is useful, let me know first. Acceptance criteria: • Geometry mirrors the photos accurately, including symmetry and ornamental reliefs. • Clean topology, no non-manifold edges or intersecting faces. • Final file supplied in STL at the agreed scale, oriented on the print bed. If you typically sculpt in ZBrush, Blender, Fusion 360, or a similar package, that’s perfect—as long as the exported STL meets the above checks. I’m happy to answer quick questions or provide additional reference shots along the way, and I’ll review an initial low-poly block-out before we move to fine detailing.
