Modern Apartment Complex Design, Delhi

About the project

I am preparing to develop a multi-storey apartment complex on my plot in South Delhi and need a qualified architect who can handle the full layout and design process with a clear emphasis on modern aesthetics. The assignment covers everything from the initial site study and concept sketches right through to construction-ready drawings and coordination with local authorities for approvals. The primary goal is to craft open, light-filled units and sleek common areas that feel contemporary while fitting comfortably into the neighbourhood fabric. Knowledge of Delhi’s building by-laws, DDA norms, NBC guidelines, setback requirements, parking calculations and the latest sustainable materials available in the city will be important for smooth approvals and cost-effective execution, although the overall visual language should remain unmistakably modern. Deliverables I will look for: • Conceptual master plan showing circulation, amenity placement and unit mix • Detailed floor plans, elevations and sections ready for sanction submission • High-quality 3D exterior views and one walkthrough to communicate the design intent to stakeholders • A coordinated schedule of materials, finishes and lighting that supports the modern theme • Final GFC drawings, BOQs and periodic design clarifications during construction Please share relevant apartment-scale projects you have completed, preferably in Delhi-NCR, along with your typical timeline and the software stack you work in (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar). I aim to appoint quickly and begin concept development as soon as we finalise the scope.
