About the project

I have ongoing Artwork projects internationally that need end-to-end visualisation. You will take the architect’s drawings and turn them into a clean, well-layered 3D model, add realistic materials and lighting, then deliver photorealistic still renders. At times I’ll also hand you marketing images and ask you to reverse-engineer them back into editable models, so your workflow must move fluidly in both directions. Because overnight turnaround is vital, you must already work with a render farm in the Philippines; that existing partnership lets us push heavy jobs after hours and have results waiting by morning. Day-to-day collaboration will happen here in Sydney, so you need to be living locally or prepared to relocate immediately. Tools are up to you—maybe Gendo, Rendair AI, MyArchitectAI. That’s your department. So long as the final assets are compatible with our architects’ software and the Philippine farm and client requests Deliverables • Full 3D model of the installation location, fully textured and organised • At least five 4K still renders (exterior and key interiors) • One reverse-engineered model derived from a supplied render • Source files and all linked textures/light setups I review work daily, provide mark-ups within 24 hours, and release milestones on approval of each stage.
