Build Compact GPS Data Logger – Mumbai Freelancer Required I am looking for a Mumbai-based embedded systems / ESP32 developer to assemble and test a very small standalone GPS data logger. I will provide the main components: * HGLRC M100 Mini GPS * Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-S3 * 150mAh 3.7V LiPo battery * Mini slide switch Required functionality * GPS logging at 10 Hz * Record: * UTC timestamp * latitude * longitude * GPS speed * heading/course * satellite/fix-quality information * Store data in the ESP32-S3 internal flash * No phone required while recording * Device should automatically begin recording after GPS lock * Data should be downloadable afterward through USB and/or a simple Wi-Fi webpage * Battery charging through the XIAO USB-C port * ON/OFF slide switch * Target operating time: approximately 30–60 minutes Important physical requirement The finished device needs to be as compact and lightweight as possible, ideally around: 40 × 25 × 12 mm or smaller under approximately 20 g where practical The GPS ceramic antenna must remain unobstructed. Scope I need the freelancer to: * solder and assemble the supplied components * program the ESP32-S3 * verify stable 10 Hz GPS logging * test battery operation and charging * provide the firmware/source code * provide a sample recorded GPS file * help arrange the components compactly for a later 3D-printed enclosure No custom PCB is required for this version. Budget for assembly/programming/testing: approximately ₹3,000-5,000. Mumbai-based preferred because the physical prototype/components need to be exchanged locally.
