Modern 3-Floor Bungalow Design

About the project

I own a 6,100 sq ft roadside plot in Jambrung, Karjat (Raigad district, Maharashtra) , Plot no. 29 in the drawings I have submitted and am ready to move ahead with a complete architectural package for a three-storey bungalow. The building will sit south-facing, leaving a generous setback at the front for the driveway, so the footprint itself can be 45 ft (length) × 40 ft (width). The Back of the bunglow will leave 5 feet or 6 feet from the neibouring plot North Side boundary wall. There is already a Row house on the North Boundary of the plot of G + 2 floors restricting my North Side view. Concept • Ground level: kept entirely open—think basement-style parking for six cars, a relaxed seating zone, a small lawn and a compact flower fountain. Clear height here is capped at 10 ft. • First & second floors: each must host a spacious 3 BHK apartment with an airy 11–12 ft floor-to-floor height. • Interior mood: clean-lined, Modern styling throughout. • Façade: a striking glass-and-steel palette that conveys a contemporary villa look. • Extras inside: provision for a dedicated home theater, a compact gym and a quiet library space. What I Need from You I’m looking for a turnkey design set that takes me from concept to permit-ready drawings and eye-catching 3D visuals, covering: 1. Site utilisation plan showing the front entry alignment from the road. 2. Detailed floor plans for all three levels with furniture layout. 3. Exterior elevations and a modern glass-and-steel façade scheme. 4. 3D renders (day and night) plus a short walkthrough. 5. Structural, MEP and plumbing drawings suitable for local approval. 6. Landscape layout for the ground-level lawn, fountain and seating. 7. Material, lighting and colour schedules that match the modern aesthetic. I welcome suggestions that optimise natural light, cross-ventilation and future maintenance. If you have prior experience designing multi-storey bungalows or villas in Maharashtra, especially on road-touch plots, please share examples so I can see your approach to space planning and façade articulation.
