About the project

I have an empty shell that must become a fully functioning, modern-style dental clinic. You’ll be working from the clean CAD layout of the space and my written brief, which describes the workflow and equipment for each zone. The plan must integrate three key functional areas: • Treatment rooms (chair placement, cabinetry, plumbing points) • Welcoming reception and waiting area • Compact, regulation-ready sterilization room Everything else—such as conference rooms or traditional office workstations—is not part of the scope, so your attention can stay on an efficient, patient-oriented flow. I want a crisp, contemporary look with easy-to-clean surfaces and a calm colour palette that matches current dental design trends. Deliverables I expect: • Scaled space plan showing walls, doors, cabinetry, fixed equipment and circulation paths • Furniture & finishes layout reflecting the modern aesthetic • At least two high-quality 3D views or renders to illustrate the feel of the clinic • Source files (DWG/Revit/SketchUp) plus PDF sheets ready for contractor use I’ll supply the existing floor plate image my requirement document as soon as we start. Let me know your preferred software and a realistic turnaround, and feel free to suggest any clever space-saving ideas you think will improve patient comfort or staff efficiency. I am owning both 401 and 402 offices. I am planning to occupy office number 402 first and office number 401 after few years. I am ready to break wall before starting ii nterior planning. We can modify partition as per our requirement. In future when I occupy 401. I don't want present 402 set up to go waste. It should be vaastu compliant
