About the project

I’m refreshing my master bathroom while keeping the existing plumbing exactly where it is. The overall look must stay true to a classic, traditional style, and I’d like to introduce an enclosed water-closet—four solid walls and a proper door—to give the toilet its own private zone. The enclosure needs an integrated ventilation fan, and the finishes throughout the room should lean on elegant marble surfaces that pair well with the current fixtures. Because the plumbing will not be relocated, the plan has to make clever use of the existing supply and drain points. I’m open to minor framing adjustments and re-tiling, but nothing that requires breaking concrete or rerouting pipes. Deliverables • Scaled floor plan and elevations showing the new water-closet layout • At least two 3D perspectives or renderings illustrating the traditional aesthetic and marble finish scheme • Construction notes highlighting wall thickness, door swing, and any code-compliant clearances around the toilet I’ll review drawings for accuracy against current site measurements, so please base all work on the supplied dimensions (to be provided immediately after kickoff). Once we agree on the concept, one round of revisions is built into the scope.
