About the project
I’m creating a new line of modern handbags and need a designer who can translate my vision into production-ready assets. The collection will focus exclusively on handbags, with clean, contemporary lines that feel fresh yet timeless. I’m leaning toward leather as the primary material, so experience specifying hides, trims, hardware finishes, and construction methods for leather goods is essential. What I have so far: • Brand mood board and a handful of reference images that capture the silhouette and attitude I’m after • Rough sketches of functionality features (pockets, strap options, closures) What I need from you: • Concept refinement and detailed sketches (front, back, side, internal layout) • Color and material specifications suitable for leather sourcing • A complete tech pack: dimensional drawings, material call-outs, hardware list, stitching specs, BOM, and any factory notes • Optional but welcome – 3D mock-ups or photorealistic renders to visualize proportion and texture Acceptance criteria • Designs match the modern aesthetic discussed during kickoff • Tech pack dimensions accurate to within ±2 mm and compatible with standard leather thicknesses • All files delivered in editable formats (AI or PDF for drawings, XLS or similar for BOM) plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG previews I’m ready to start immediately and will stay responsive for quick feedback cycles.
