Comfortable for repeated opening and closing 4. Manufacturing: Design must be optimized for single-cavity injection molding. Include proper draft angles DELIVERABLES - ALL FILES MUST BE PRODUCTION-READY - 3D CAD model in STEP format, SolidWorks compatible - 2D technical drawing with full thread specification, tolerances, and draft angles - 1 Simple rendered image for presentation and marketing use ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA - Threads engage smoothly without cross-threading - Cap passes a basic leak test at room temperature for 24 hours - Draft angles compatible with a single-cavity mold ADDITIONAL VALUE Experience with plastic threaded closures is preferred.
