That villa captures exactly the atmosphere I’m after, and I’d like you to translate it into a complete architectural package for my own build. Style & inspiration Rather than labelling the look as strictly Modern, Traditional, or Mediterranean, I simply want it to mirror the mood, proportions, and detailing you see in the video. Study the massing, rooflines, lighting, and the way the façade materials work together, then recreate that same harmony in a fresh, build-ready concept. Must-have elements from the reference • Exterior façade: replicate the character and material palette shown, adjusting only where local codes or buildability require. • Landscape design: capture the same welcoming arrival sequence, soft-scaped edges, and outdoor living areas that wrap the house. Interior layout is yours to refine so long as it supports the façade and landscape vision. Deliverables 1. Scaled floor plans for each level (PDF + editable CAD/Revit preferred). 2. High-quality 3D exterior renderings (day and dusk). 3. One aerial or birds-eye render that shows how the house integrates with the landscaping. 4. A concise material schedule noting cladding, roofing, glazing, and hardscape selections that match “the design” from the clip. Acceptance criteria • Plans align dimensionally with the renders. • Renders convey the same ambience as the reference video. • Landscape plan integrates drive, walkways, planting beds, and pool/feature areas coherently. • All source files delivered and fully editable. I’m open to your creative suggestions on materials or layout tweaks as long as the finished product still feels like the villa in the link.
