About the project

I’m ready to move from ideas to precise plans for a modern three-storey bungalow with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Each floor should feel airy and uncluttered, with generous glazing—large floor-to-ceiling windows are a must—to flood the interior with natural light and visually connect the house to its surroundings. For the exterior, I’m leaning toward a predominantly glass envelope. Think transparent façades, subtle framing, and seamless transitions between indoors and outdoors. If you believe selective use of complementary materials will enhance structure or energy performance, I’m open to hearing suggestions, but glass should remain the star feature. Key expectations • Concept sketches that capture the minimalist look and stacked-floor layout • Detailed architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) suitable for local permitting • 3D visualisations/renders illustrating daytime and evening lighting through the extensive glazing • A brief material and finishes palette, highlighting how glass will be integrated for both aesthetics and thermal efficiency • Basic structural and MEP guidance so any engineer can pick up the package without guesswork If you excel at minimalist residential design and can articulate ideas clearly through drawings and renders, I’d love to see your approach.
